Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at hello@ateliergifts.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Personalised Gifts
How do I personalise a gift?
Simply add the item to your cart and enter your personalisation details (name, date, message) on the product page before checking out.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Where available, a preview will be shown on the product page. If you have any questions about how your personalisation will look, please contact us before ordering.
