Our policy for personalised orders
All items are made to order Because every product is personalised specifically for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds. Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate your case and get back to you.
EU 14-day cooling-off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, in line with EU consumer law.
