Our contract with you When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order.

Pricing All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

Availability All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you've placed your order, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Personalised orders Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation information provided by the customer. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Intellectual property All content on this website including images, text and design is owned by Atelier Gifts and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
