How personalisation works
It's easier than you think
At Atelier Gifts, every item is made especially for you. Here's how it works.
1. Choose your product Browse our shop and select the item you'd like to personalise.
2. Enter your details On the product page, you'll find a text field where you can enter the name or text you'd like on your item. Take a moment to double-check your spelling — once your order is placed, we get started on it straight away.
3. Place your order Complete your order as normal. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been placed.
4. We make it for you As soon as your order comes in, we start creating your personalised item. Because every piece is made to order, please allow a little extra time compared to off-the-shelf products.
5. Delivery Once your item is ready, it'll be on its way to you.
A few things to keep in mind
- Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order — we're unable to make changes once production has begun.
- Because every item is personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
